Aftercare
If you do not wish to bury your pet at home then we are happy to assist with the organisation of cremation. We can help you decide on the different cremation options that are available as well as assist with transport arrangements.
Following your pet’s home euthanasia, we will take care of their transport through to the crematorium. We ensure that your pet is handled with care and respect throughout the entire process and will organise a timely and delicate return of their ashes.
We work closely with the cremation company, ‘Pets at Rest’ - they are a family owned and operated business who display a high level of care and are passionate about all that they do. Pets at Rest offer a number of different cremation options to suit everybody’s needs - below we have listed their most commonly requested services / keepsakes.
We have recently started working with ‘Reterniti’; a family owned company based in Christchurch that produce beautiful Reterniti Stones created entirely from your pets ashes.
Cremation and stone price varies depending on the size/weight of your pet. Please feel free to contact us to organise a quote - we just need to know your pet’s species and weight.
